When it comes to crowd-pleasers, steak frites is always a sure thing. It’s something we’ve mastered over the years (our French roots might have something to do with that), and a night we love hosting.

For those who don’t give a hoot about being virtuous this January, this is your chance to enjoy tender steak, golden fries, and a sauce worth lingering over. Pair it with good company, a glass (or bottle) of something delicious, and you’ve got the perfect antidote to the winter blues.
