A huge Northern Soul, Katie Wilson has spent 30 years in the food & drinks trade, developing food ranges for the National Trust and the leisure market throughout the UK.

As a historian and photographer, Katie includes tales both “legend & tall”, intertwined with hints and tips for getting the best landscape and food shots to capture the day.

After 2020 she set her heart on supporting independent artisans in her homeland, developing sustainable micro-adventures, that bring visitors closer than ever before to the latest and finest food around Lancashire.

Katie has since set up Bowland & Bay Tours creating unique food and drink adventures across Lancashire and Cumbria.
