Our Menu
is an expression of Lancashire’s food culture and a showcase of the region’s best produce. We use local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible, prepared sensitively and skilfully by our dedicated team of chefs led by Chris Bury. This includes seafood from Fleetwood docks, meat from nearby farms and seasonal, locally shot game. Alongside favourite British dishes, you’ll find more innovative flavours, as well as a discernible proprietary French influence.
Our Drinks List
has been carefully selected to help you choose a beverage that will complement your meal but primarily, and most importantly, one that you will enjoy. We try to use the best suppliers with the highest reputations. They are often family-owned businesses like us, or follow a traditional or proven quality recipe. Most of our drinks are premium, with a focus on taste, provenance and sustainability.
