Fish Taco and Spicy Margarita Night
Mexico’s month long celebration of Cinco de Mayo is nearly upon us, and what better way to celebrate than championing the rich gastronomy and artisanship of Mexico! To do so, this Friday evening we’re serving Tacos de Pescado. And to make the perfect fish taco, one must adhere to its basic principles. Namely, flour tortillas filled with crunchy-crumbed white fish, tangy pico de guillo, creamy guacamole, trailed perfectly by a piquant smack of fresh lime. That virtuous concoction is exactly what you can expect this Friday evening at the Inn.
A great Mexican dish requires the perfect libatory prelude (or postlude). We propose our Spiced Margarita. This classic gone piquant is a sensory joy comprised of muddled jalapeño, tequila blanco, cointreau, lime and agave syrup. It may be customised to your desired heat level — how much spice can you handle?
