Good Friday - Fish & Chips
Good Friday means fish and chips at The Cartford. It’s the dish we started serving when we opened shop, and we thought we’d bring it back for the start of easter weekend. Expect Giddy Kipper battered fish, served with skin-on chips, mushy peas, and homemade tartar sauce. No frills, no fuss, just the kind of food that sets the tone for a good weekend ahead.
