WHAT’S ON
SUNDAY LUNCH
Sunday’s are sacred at the Inn. Supplied by Honeywell’s Farm Shop, we serve up some seriously tasty cuts. Roast beef is always on offer, but we keep things interesting with either roast ham or crispy pork (crackling included, of course). How about a leisurely walk along the Blackpool promenade before popping in to our restaurant for some lunch with us?

OUR HERITAGE
The Cartford Inn is something special, and it's not just because of the food. It's the mix of Julie's Blackpool roots and Patrick's Bordeaux flair that really brings the magic. Blackpool’s cosy warmth meets French sophistication right on your plate. That's what we're all about. Our menu keeps changing, always finding new ways to blend these two worlds, making dining here a one-of-a-kind experience. It's this unique combo that puts us on the map as one of the best restaurants around Blackpool.
““We ventured to the Cartford following an evening at Blackpool illuminations… as well as delicious food, the Cartford Inn offers comfortable accommodation, with an eye for the extravagant””
“A SUPREME EXPONENT OF INVENTIVE PUB GRUB”
- The Guardian -
Our dishes are all about celebrating what's great about Lancashire's eats, served up fresh and full of flavour. Blackpool’s Chris Bury, our head chef, and his team are all about keeping things seasonal, making sure every bite pops with the best of what's around. From day one, we've been all about connecting the dots from the field to your fork, making sure everything on your plate has a story. And while we love our British classics, don't be surprised to find some unexpected twists and a dash of French flair in the mix.
