Voucher T’s & C’s
○ Validity: All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
○ Redemption & Usage: Each voucher may be redeemed over a maximum of two separate visits to The Inn, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
○ Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
○ Restrictions: Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any of our hotel offers, nor can they be redeemed in our online shop, art gallery, or on-site delicatessen, TOTI.
○ Blackout Dates: Vouchers cannot be used on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.
○ Presentation: A valid voucher must be presented upon redemption. Photocopies or screenshots will not be accepted.
○ Currently, they cannot be used in our online shop, art gallery, delicatessen (TOTI), or on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Vouchers are sent first class via Royal Mail. Purchases are made at the customer’s discretion - we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery.
