Our recipe was developed by passionate food & drink lovers @tasteoftheinn, with the expertise and talent of Tony @blackpowdergin.

The result, a hand-crafted small batch dry gin using 17 botanicals, most of which are used in our kitchen. The complex aromas provide noticeable flavours of pink grapefruit and pink peppercorn.

We recommend serving with a Mediterranean tonic, pink grapefruit, olive & rosemary garnish. It also lends itself well to a classic dry martini.
